Improve Parent Engagement.
Strengthen Reunification.
Build Better Outcomes.
Permanency Primers© are a specialized parent engagement model that partners with child welfare case management organizations to improve permanency and reunification outcomes.
Through trauma-informed coaching grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and child welfare best practices, Permanency Primers© work alongside parents to build the skills, confidence, and accountability needed to successfully navigate the reunification process.
By increasing meaningful parent engagement and addressing the impacts of trauma and chronic stress, the model helps families overcome barriers while strengthening the path to safe, successful reunification.
